THE PLATFORM

A clearer picture of
your digital front door.

Useful signals, presented with enough context to help you decide what deserves attention next.

01

AVAILABILITY

See the response behind each status.

Run an HTTP check and review the status code, response time, and timestamp behind every result.

02

SECURITY SIGNALS

Spot the basics that deserve a closer look.

Review HTTPS/TLS, selected security headers, and public DNS signals in one clear place.

03

EVIDENCE-LED REPORTS

Turn test results into useful next steps.

When AI reporting is configured, create explanations from captured evidence and review any areas the test did not cover.

04

SAVED HISTORY

Keep checks and reports together.

Save websites, measured results, and generated reports in one workspace so you can revisit what changed and keep decisions tied to evidence.

A SIMPLE ROUTINE

From URL to
useful evidence.

Get a practical first look in a few deliberate steps. No wall of charts before you know what was measured.

Start with your first check
01

Choose a website

Add a target you own or have permission to assess. Run a local check or check a public site.

02

Measure the signals

Capture availability, HTTP response time, and supported security signals from a real check.

03

Review what happened

Read the evidence, compare recent results, and create a report when a clearer explanation helps.

ABOUT VERID-BEACON

WHAT GUIDES THE PRODUCT

Evidence over guesswork

See the status, timing, and scan details behind a result.

Clarity over noise

Keep the essentials visible without overstating what a check proves.

Security with care

Run checks only on systems you own or are authorized to assess.

Checks are a practical first look, not a complete security audit.

Ask us directly
What is Verid-Beacon?

Verid-Beacon is a website reliability workspace for running availability and response-time checks, reviewing basic security signals, and keeping the evidence and reports together.

What can I check?

The current tools can check a website’s HTTP response and response time, and inspect HTTPS/TLS, selected security headers, and public DNS where available. These checks are a useful first look, not a full vulnerability scan or security audit.

Does Verid-Beacon monitor my site continuously?

Checks are run on demand, with a live session available while the workspace is open. Background scheduled checks are not enabled yet, so saved monitors should not be treated as continuously checked when you are away.

Will I get an alert if a site goes down?

The workspace has notification preference surfaces, but outbound email, Slack, and SMS delivery are not connected yet. Please use a separate alerting service for production incident notifications for now.

What is the difference between a local and deployed check?

A local check can reach a service from the environment running Verid-Beacon. A deployed check is intended for a publicly reachable website. Network access, redirects, and the target’s own controls can affect what a check can measure.

How do AI-assisted reports work?

When Synexis Insights is configured, reports explain the test evidence you submit and can help organize follow-up work. Generated text can be incomplete or inaccurate, so review the underlying measurements before acting; a report is not a professional security or compliance assessment.

Can I test any website?

Only test websites and systems you own or have explicit permission to assess. You are responsible for following the target owner’s rules and applicable law.

Can I sign in with email, Google, or GitHub?

Yes. The app includes email and password sign-in, plus Google and GitHub sign-in when those providers are enabled for the Verid-Beacon account.
